• Since the chemical agriculture ramped up worldwide in the 1970s, we have lost 1/3 of the Earth’s topsoil. According to the UN, the world’s remaining topsoil will be gone within 60 years.
• We need to eat what’s in the dirt, that’s transferred to the plants, we eat and create health. Our health and the health of our planet is connected. Taking care of the microbes in the soil is critical for human health. Spraying the soil with toxic chemicals, kills the very microbes we need to give us health, and pull the carbon from atmosphere.
